During the month of August

During the month of August, Mrs .Erika Rosenthal, Executive Director, coordinated and led multiple meetings with teams assigned to focus on the three major objectives outlined by the board. Terms of reference and an action plan were developed for each objective. Each of these teams is co-chaired by two or three board members, supported by other chamber members to form committees. These committees are mandated to carry out various initiatives, always in collaboration with the executive office and the chamber’s administration.

The three strategic pillars are:

1. Strengthening AmCham’s relationship with American governmental entities in Haiti.
2. Survive, Retain, and Attract.
3. Create a meaningful legacy for the community.
