Today, the AmCham Women’s Network, represented by Mrs. Tatiana Simeon and Mrs. Erika Rosenthal, held an inaugural meeting with Mrs. Johann Bounouni of GECA, a member of AmCham, to discuss the implementation of their recently signed MOU.
This initial brainstorming session focused on leveraging AmCham’s hotel sector members as a starting point. A list of these members was shared with Mrs. Bounouni. The next step will involve hosting a webinar to outline the program objectives and engage stakeholders.
The initiative, led by GECA, will offer training programs designed to enhance the skills of participating employees, aligning with corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate philanthropy principles. The program will also seek support from impact investors to ensure financial sustainability, allowing members to benefit at no cost through in-kind collaboration.
This effort aims to create added value for businesses while fostering meaningful social and economic impact.
