AmCham Haïti organized a farewell dinner for US Ambassador Pamela A. White on Wednesday, September 9th at the Karibe Convention Center.
During this event AmCham Haïti had the honor to host President Michel Martelly and First Lady Sophia Martelly, several ministers of the Haitian government and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Haiti.
The President of AmCham Haïti, Mr. Philippe R. Armand, delivered the welcome remarks right before Ambassador White’s farewell speech to the Haitian private and public sector.Later in the evening, President Martelly said a few words to salute Ambassador White’s dedication and work in Haiti over the past 3 years.
At the end, on behalf of AmCham Haïti the artist Josselin Joseph gave Ambassador White one of his paintings.
