Visit at Healing Hands

Healing Hands is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO), whose mission is to provide
quality and sustainable care in physical medicine and rehabilitation for adults and children with physical
disabilities in Haiti. She lives mainly on physiotherapy sessions, from the manufacture of prostheses and
orthotics, from the rental of a room that can be used for training or conferences and especially from
donations received from local businesses. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and skilled
and dedicated staff, consisting of physicians, nurses, therapists, orthotics and prosthetics technicians,
and managers and volunteers.
